Select Harvest Food Products and Lucky have launched a new range of savoury nuts snack – Lucky Entertainers.
The company says that the range was developed following research that identified that consumers wanted new flavours in snacking nuts, without the oil or sugary coatings that are on many products sold currently.
Lucky Entertainers nuts are dry roasted, not cooked in oil and come in resealable foil packs. The range comprises Peri Peri Cashews, Smoky BBQ Mixed Nuts, Honey Soy Almonds, Mixed Nuts Lightly Salted, Cashews & Macadamias Lightly Salted, Almonds & Peanuts Lightly Salted, Cashews Lightly Salted and Thai Sweet Chilli & Lime Cashews.
“Consumers love to snack on nuts because they enjoy the taste and crunch of them with the knowledge that nuts are inherently better for them than other snacks, such as chips,” the company said. “They’re seeking something different they can use to snack on themselves – without guilt – and something they can share with family and friends.”
